Corporate projects center is a division of 1C-Rating which is in charge of the comprehensive automatization of all processes. The process of complex automation of medium, large, international or holding companies significantly differs from a standard accounting system implementation. The main differences are:
- Need for more complex management, accounting or consolidation system
- Definition of scales:
- from 30-40 up to 1000-2000 users
- from 300-1000 up to 10000-20000 employees on automated enterprises
- Definition of the automation process sequence, steps and the whole schedule: the average timeframe for project implementation is 3-8 months
- Involvement of the customer’s specialists with gradual transfer of knowledge from our specialists
- Highly loaded information systems: which we develop in conjunction with our department of technical support and IT-services
We are a team of qualified specialists, competences of which are confirmed by the following certificates: DipIFR, CAP, CIPA, 1C:Project manager, 1C:Specialist, 1C:Consultant, 1C:Technology expert and other. We can work according to different project methods (Waterfall, Agile, both of them at different stages).
