To date, Samruk-Energy JSC is the largest diversified holding company successfully integrated into the international power balance, creating value for its shareholders and aimed at building a highly efficient power supply system ensuring sustainable development of all Kazakhstan’s sectors.
Samruk-Energy JSC is a part of the Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies.
The holding structure includes 20 companies that use various software products based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and third-party software products to account for their activities.
Goals and tasks
- Expanding the reporting model according to the needs of the Fund
- Increasing the transparency of the subsidiaries data, which are included in the perimeter of consolidation
- Increasing the efficiency of access to relevant data
- Reducing of manual work by preparing reporting and reporting timetables
- Systems support at the level of current releases

- 20 subsidiaries of the holding are consolidated in the system
- The reporting model consists of about 60 automated reporting forms, both satisfying the requirements of the Fund, and those of IFRS
- Generating packages of subsidiaries separate financial statements
- Reconciliation and elimination of intracompany transactions
- Generating consolidated adjusting
- Reporting consolidation
- Consolidated financial reporting data export into the Samruk-Kazyna Fund consolidation system
- 50 users are working in the systems
